1. Service Overview

LGTek provides subscription-based software services including formato (required) and discord scheduler (optional). Subscriptions provision customer-specific Docker workloads and routing under a customer-selected subdomain.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining account credential confidentiality and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate signup data.

3. Billing and Renewals

Billing is handled through Paddle. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled according to your Paddle billing settings. Prices are shown on the pricing page.

4. Suspension and Cancellation

Accounts that remain overdue for 15 days may be canceled. After cancellation, data is retained for 90 days for recovery if payment is resumed. After this period, tenant containers and associated volumes may be permanently deleted.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service for unlawful activity, abuse, network attacks, or content that violates applicable laws. LGTek may suspend access for violations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, LGTek is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
